A Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) is an individual who has proven their expertise in international real estate practice by completing CIPS program requirements.

The Certified International Property Specialist Network (CIPS Network) is a specialty group of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® that focuses on international real estate. The CIPS Network currently has 1,000 CIPS designees.   In addition to individual network members, the CIPS Network is also comprised of foreign real estate organizations located in more than 50 countries around the globe. Members of the CIPS Network are listed in the CIPS directory, Who's Who In International Real Estate.

FIABCI is a worldwide international real estate federation that links real estate professionals throughout the world. FIABCI-USA is the largest chapter of FIABCI. Member Realtors network with two million professionals in various areas of the real estate industry to facilitate international Real estate business. Members meet throughout the year in various countries and once a year at the United Nations.
